Our recruiters then begin the process of identifying top talent prospects. We utilize our confidential pool of talent, supplemented by our Mom Corps community network and personal relationships. We pre-screen hundreds of candidates and their resumes, then narrow the list for a first phone screen.
The list is culled again and face-to-face interviews are set up with the best fits. Four – six candidates are very thoughtfully selected to present to you. We then coordinate and assist you with your interviews.
Every step of the way, we are gathering feedback from you! We are also there during the decision process.
