We are thrilled to be helping a rapidly growing multi-location medical imaging company to identify a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting as the organization grows and matures via expansion and acquisitions.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building scalable financial infrastructure, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic growth in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate brings strong multi-entity accounting experience, thrives in a fast-paced growth setting, and enjoys partnering with operations and executive leadership.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee accounting for multiple imaging centers, MSOs, and joint ventures
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations
• Support integration of newly acquired centers into financial systems and processes
• Lead annual audits, lender reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee cash management, forecasting, and working capital optimization
• Drive systems improvements, automation, and KPI reporting tied to operational metrics
The successful candidate will be someone who has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and a CPA is strongly preferred. They will have 8+ years of progressive accounting experience within a healthcare environment and also have experience working across multi-entity or multi-location environments. There is a need for strong knowledge of GAAP and financial consolidations. Familiarity with revenue cash management or healthcare billing systems is strongly preferred as well as exposure to mergers and acquisitions or fast growth within a company.
