Base salary range $100-125K CAD
About the Role:
As the Human Resources Director, you will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive the expansion and sustainability of operations. Key responsibilities include:

Having full responsibility for all recruiting needs and collaborating with leadership to identify and fulfill talent requirements.
Enhancing employee satisfaction through robust engagement strategies.
Administering competitive employee benefits programs.
Ensuring compliance with British Columbia HR employment laws and US employment laws, a critical requirement for this role.
Managing payroll efficiently and accurately.
Leading performance management processes to foster employee development.
Overseeing employee investigations and conflict resolution with fairness.
Managing HR Information Systems and implementing HR metrics for effectiveness.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
HR certifications preferred.
Over 7 years of HR experience, with required experience in the manufacturing sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment regulations in both British Columbia and the US.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
