What You'll Do:
- Document Management: Handle property-related documents efficiently, utilizing software like spreadsheets and word processing for precise and timely results.
- Tenant Service Coordination: Be the first point of contact for tenant requests, maintaining professionalism and ensuring follow-up.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Report and Budget Management: Assist in report preparation and support the Senior Property Manager with budget development.
- Vendor Management: Oversee service contracts and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Accounting Support: Administer property accounting reports and assist with tenant billing processes.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings and prepare related materials.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree or GED with 1-2 years of experience in retail property management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and handle diverse personalities.
- Experience with real estate software is a plus (but not required).
