- Drive the daily bookkeeping operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing activities.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maintaining precise employee compensation records.
- Ensure timely and accurate internal and external financial reporting, adhering to GAAP and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflow accuracy and efficiency.
- Administer and review employee expense reimbursements and corporate card activities.

- Individuals with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields. CPA certification is a plus.
- Professionals with a minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Candidates with strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in financial software like QuickBooks or NetSuite.
