What You'll Be Doing:

Drive the daily bookkeeping operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing activities.
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maintaining precise employee compensation records.
Ensure timely and accurate internal and external financial reporting, adhering to GAAP and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflow accuracy and efficiency.
Administer and review employee expense reimbursements and corporate card activities.

Who Should Apply:

Individuals with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields. CPA certification is a plus.
Professionals with a minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Candidates with strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in financial software like QuickBooks or NetSuite.
