We're looking to add a Senior Contract Recruiter to our team. Someone who brings their passion for recruiting, is motivated by sourcing, and excels at engaging passive candidates. You will lead recruiting for Fortune 100 to mid-market company's talent acquisition needs including roles in accounting/finance, HR, marketing, operations and IT/technology. 

Let's talk if you enjoy -

• Developing genuine, long-term relationships with passive and active candidates you recruit using variety of channels such as LinkedIn, texting and cold calling. Bullhorn experience a plus.
• Partnering with clients across a variety of industries regarding specific openings, candidate submittals, scheduling of interviews, offer delivery and onboarding. 
• Taking ownership for and meeting all individual activity goals and efficiency targets as well as supporting the rest of the team in reaching their goals.
• Ensuring database integrity including parsing resumes of strong candidates, adding candidate notes from phone calls and conversations, emails, attaching candidate files, etc.

Our goal is to identify someone who is able to get going quickly! You should have a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of agency recruiting experience and be productive working in a completely remote environment.
