THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to support a growing healthcare consulting organization in Dallas, Texas on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a polished, self-directed recruiting professional who is comfortable managing full-cycle recruitment across a range of professional and leadership-level roles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions — sourcing, screening, pipeline management, offer support, and candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers to develop targeted search strategies and advise on market conditions and candidate expectations
Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
Conduct competency-based phone and video screens and deliver well-synthesized assessments to hiring teams
Manage candidates and requisition activity in the ATS with accuracy and timeliness
Provide a professional, white-glove experience to every candidate regardless of outcome
Collaborate with HR leadership and contribute ideas that improve the overall TA process

WHAT YOU BRING

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, consulting, or professional services
Demonstrated success recruiting for a range of roles — from individual contributors to manager and director level
Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Boolean search techniques
Excellent communication and candidate management skills — you know how to build relationships quickly
Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment with shifting priorities
ATS proficiency; ability to pick up new systems quickly
A professional, consultative mindset — you represent the brand well and act as a strategic partner, not just a transactional recruiter
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
