Are you a dynamic IT Project Manager with a knack for leading implementations to successful completion? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead as a Senior IT Project Manager within a forward-thinking manufacturing company with 5 locations across the U.S. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels in coordinating technology-driven implementation projects from start to finish. Your expertise will be crucial in developing project plans, managing resources, and collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and vendors.

What You'll Do:

Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently for seamless project delivery.
Advise business leaders on innovative technology solutions, and be the bridge between IT needs and executive decisions.
Engage with teams and stakeholders to define clear project objectives and equip teams to achieve them.
Proactively identify risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and clear any project roadblocks.
Oversee project budgets and resources, optimizing costs wherever possible.
Implement best practices using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
Guarantee project outcomes align with technical specifications, regulations, and high standards.
Maintain meticulous project documentation and provide leadership with insightful reports regularly.

What You'll Bring:

A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field is required.
6+ years of robust experience in IT project management, with a solid understanding of IT systems, software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Experience actively contributing the achievement of IT goals in a manufacturing environment is required.
Proven experience successfully implementing MRP and ERP systems from beginning to end is critical.
Mastery in project management tools, alongside excellent leadership and problem-solving skills needed.
The ability to juggle multiple projects, delivering each on time.
Ability to work in the United States lawfully. No visa sponsorship offered.
