- Optimize pipeline systems with the aid of a multifaceted hydraulic model.
- Identify and make recommendations on ways to minimize royalty expenses, reduce power consumption and ways to lower overall operating expenses.
- Prioritize customer forecasts to optimize revenue streams and maximum capacities.
- Develop specifications and prepare detailed estimates of the design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparations, and other related costs.
- Form criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment vital to meet unique operating requirements and safety codes.
- Determine opportunities to streamline processes to help facilities run more efficiently.
- Build procedures for pipeline and facility projects and develop a detailed budget.
- Develop a sales strategy to support growth with existing and new clients
- Support, mentor, and grow a strong sales team

- Work closely with various departments such as marketing, product development, logistics, and engineering
- Analyze customers, competitors, and the market space and share findings with internal teams and leadership to support your sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Domestic travel- 30% to various tradeshows, clients, and conventions
- Create and present sales reports to leadership
- Your 7+ years of B2B sales of products to clients
- Proven leadership in motivating, developing, and leading a sales team
- BA degree required
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Advance experience with Excel (must know pivot tables and vlookups), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

We are partnering with one of the most reliable water midstream operators in the United States! They are headquartered in Houston, Texas and looking to add a Facilities Project Engineer to the team who will be in Houston! This role will collaborate with the Vice President of Engineering & Planning.
As the Facilities Project Engineer you will implement processes and improvements in operations and construction of the facilities and pipelines. You will also manage customer forecasts and hydraulic model to predict operational pinch points and volume availability. In addition, there is the opportunity to analyze material and labor costs, set procedures and standards, and review bids for all work. Lastly you will plan, design, and coordinate the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of facilities and new wells while also crafting procedures and cost estimates for downhole remediation work.
Additional key responsibilities will be:
Does this sound exciting to you?? Hopefully, you will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical, civil, petroleum or chemical. In addition, you will need to have at least 4+ years of proven experience in oil and gas, water management or midstream industries. It would be exceptionally beneficial for you to have proficiency with PIPESIM, PipePhase, AFT Fathom, or similar hydraulic modeling software.
