We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, publicly traded technology company headquartered in Georgetown, TX. They sit at the forefront of AI and high-performance computing infrastructure, designing and deploying complex data center environments for some of the largest enterprise and tech companies in the world.

This is a stable, established company with serious momentum — and they're building out their quality team to match. They need a sharp, detail-driven MRB Inspector who takes ownership and thrives in a hands-on environment.

Schedule:

Thursday · Friday · Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM + Every Other Wednesday

This is a 12-hour shift schedule that gives you predictable, concentrated work days — and stretches of time off that a traditional Mon–Fri schedule simply can’t offer. If you thrive with a consistent routine and appreciate having multiple consecutive days to recharge, this setup works in your favor.

What you'll own:

• Receive, confirm, and manage defective or non-conforming materials through the full MRB process
• Perform ERP database transactions (NetSuite preferred) to track, store, and report on failed parts
• Analyze return trends and surface actionable data to drive fewer failures over time
• Audit build documentation and verify products meet internal and customer standards
• Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and operations teams to implement real corrective actions
• Support development of internal quality policies, procedures, and documentation
• Maintain full compliance with quality policy, customer requirements, and applicable regulations

What you bring:

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• A genuine eye for detail — you catch what others miss and document it clearly
• Comfort with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel for trend analysis)
• Working knowledge of computer hardware — servers, switches, cabling, and accessories
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and process documentation
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's in a related field is a plus
• ISO 9001 familiarity is a bonus — not a dealbreaker if you don't have it
• Valid driver's license; forklift certification or willingness to get certified

What You Bring

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers — keeping daily targets on track while holding the line on quality, safety, and process standards; partner with production planning to execute schedules and allocate resources effectively
• Champion LEAN and continuous improvement — identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, monitor quality, and lead corrective action when standards slip
• Enforce safety regulations and build a genuine culture of safety awareness — through training, inspections, and daily modeling; coordinate with inventory control to keep materials flowing

• Strong problem-solving instincts, sharp attention to detail, and excellent communication skills — written and verbal

With 2 supervisors reporting to you and roughly 52 total headcount across two shifts, you'll have real scope and real accountability. What You'll Own

• Drive and coach LEAN culture and 5S discipline — not just practice it. Teach it, model it, sustain it beyond the audit.
• Apply PDCA methodology (Plan-Do-Check-Act) to eliminate recurring fires and build structured problem-solving habits across the team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop 2 night shift supervisors and their teams — many of whom are newer and hungry for direction.
• Develop and manage production schedules while proactively identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and equipment issues before they become crises.
• Serve as a credible, confident presence during client tours and interactions — this operation regularly hosts high-profile enterprise visitors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, supply chain, and maintenance; analyze production data and deliver clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

What You Bring (Required)

• 5+ years in production or manufacturing management
• Deep, hands-on LEAN expertise and strong 5S implementation experience — you've changed behavior, not just documented it
• Structured problem-solving skills (PDCA, root cause analysis) and proven ability to lead and coach teams in a fast-paced environment
• Executive presence — comfortable engaging with senior leadership and high-profile client partners
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or Oracle a plus)
