Our fast-growing data center infrastructure client located in Round Rock, Texas needs a talented Data Center Engineer to be a cornerstone of their data center and factory operations.     What You’ll Do:

    • Dive into designing and configuring server racks to perfection, factoring in space optimization, power distribution, and cooling solutions.
    • Design and ensure cables, switches, routers, storage systems, etc. maintain pristine connectivity, reducing risks and redundancy and enhancing efficiency.
    • Collaborate with fellow experts and clients, ensuring all power and cooling systems meet top-notch quality and compliance standards.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by proposing enhancements aligned with the latest tech and industry practices.

    Your Skillset:

    • With at least 3-5 years of experience, including a solid understanding of server hardware and data center operations, you’re ready to take on this challenge.
    • Includes deep understanding of power management and electrical principles.
    • Your CAD skills and knowledge of industry standards make you a pro at visualizing complex layouts. Visio or similar design software good too!
    • Virtualization technologies and knowledge of scripting languages is second nature.

    Position Overview:
    The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will develop and drive the overall strategic vision and goals of the organization and will own the day-to-day operations with full Profit & Loss responsibility for the business. As CEO, you will be a strategic driver in developing and implementing the vital actions to build a scalable organization while increasing the profitability of the business as it grows.

    What You Will Be Doing:
    • Provide direction to construct and lead a strong executive team to optimally develop a positive environment cross multiple plants while ensuring growth and profitability.
    • Responsible for all financial aspects including budget management, financial reporting, risk management and financial forecasting.
    • Establish and lead strategic external business relationships and partnerships with key clients and collaborators and represent the company in public forums.
    • Drive sales initiatives to identify and enter new markets.
    • Lead the development of and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
