Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
• Design scalable automation solutions tailored to business needs.
• Develop and implement seamless system integrations and robust automation scripts.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, designing optimized solutions.
• Perform rigorous testing and validation of automation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues post-deployment to ensure minimal downtime.

Skills and Experience Sought:

• Proficiency in system administration, networking, virtualization, and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with network troubleshooting tools like Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, and NetFlow.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.
• Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred certifications include CompTIA Network+, MCSA, VCP, and CCNA.
