- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Design scalable automation solutions tailored to business needs. Create customized automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement seamless system integrations and robust automation scripts.
- Develop, debug, and maintain Bash, Batch, and PowerShell scripts to address customer/project-specific automation needs.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of system integrations, ensuring robust and seamless data flow between platforms.
- Integrate automation scripts with third-party tools, APIs, and cloud platforms to facilitate data synchronization and process automation.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, designing optimized solutions.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of automation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues post-deployment to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage the deployment of custom configurations across large user bases or multiple environments, ensuring consistency and minimizing errors.
- Proficiency in system administration, networking, virtualization, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools like Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, and NetFlow.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.
- Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred certifications include CompTIA Network+, MCSA, VCP, and CCNA.
- Lead the operations divisions, including production, quality, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
- Develop and refine scalable systems to support rapid growth in a high-mix environment.
- Collaborate across departments to achieve strategic objectives seamlessly.
- Provide the executive leadership with insightful operational data for effective business planning.
- Manage budgeting, P&L, and workforce planning for operations.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing operations leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and readiness for operational audits.
- Drive continuous improvements using lean manufacturing and data-driven strategies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management is required.
- Extensive experience in technical operations leadership within high-growth, technology-driven environments is required.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve operational success.
- Expertise in production systems, supply chain logistics, and quality processes.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, prioritizing data and results.
- Experience with server configurations, systems integration, or data center fulfillment is advantageous.
