    We are partnering with an outstanding global law firm who is looking for an HRIS Analyst to work closely with the Benefits team. Join a firm dedicated to excellence and a focus on client satisfaction! This is your opportunity to be the subject matter expert in the HR relationship management system (Workday). You would be instrumental to continuously evolve, manage and deliver high quality data and solutions. This would be done by ensuring a strong operating HR system exists, key information being provided to drive strategic decisions and optimizing the data for the HR team.

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    –  Enrich electronic files to ensure data integrity
    –  Participates in the testing of upgrades, patches/fixes, new applications or modules and program/interface changes that affect the Company HR systems
    –  Establishes and maintains materials, delivers systems end user training, & support and troubleshoots as needed
    –  Partner with HR team to roll-out business process enhancements and improvements
    –  Participates in cross functional projects and enhancements with other areas such benefits, recruiting, compensation, absence, time tracking, payroll, and core HR

    As the successful candidate you will have five plus years of workforce analysis experience in HR or a similar function, and 3 +years in Workday. In addition, previous experience with generating, modifying and analyzing Workday reports. Experience and strong comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and being able to translate the data into a story to share with others to help identify areas of process improvement. The position requires HRIS experience specifically working with a Benefits team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining disaster recovery strategies and technologies to ensure the resilience and continuity of the organization’s critical systems and data.     Responsibilities:

    Disaster Recovery Planning:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans and procedures to safeguard critical systems, applications, and data.
    • Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize key business processes for recovery.
    • Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

    Technology Assessment:

    • Evaluate existing technology infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and potential points of failure.
    • Recommend and implement technological solutions to enhance disaster recovery capabilities.

    Testing and Validation:

    • Conduct regular testing and validation of disaster recovery plans to ensure effectiveness.
    • Analyze test results and make recommendations for improvements.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment of disaster recovery plans with business objectives.
    • Deliver training and awareness programs to ensure understanding and alignment with disaster recovery processes.

    Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of disaster recovery plans, procedures, and technology configurations.
    • Generate reports and metrics on the effectiveness of disaster recovery initiatives.

    Emerging Technologies:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in disaster recovery and business continuity.
    • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the organization’s overall resilience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Demonstrable experience in disaster recovery planning and technology implementation.
    • Ability to analyze large, complex, or vague business or technical problems, finding the root cause, and translating the analysis into viable solution recommendations
    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
    • Advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling and redesign
    • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in disaster recovery and business continuity.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, DRCE, ITIL) are a plus.
