- Compensation Analysis: Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to ensure our pay structures are competitive and equitable. Utilize market data, industry benchmarks, and internal data to make informed recommendations.
- Salary Structure Development: Develop and maintain salary structures that reflect the organization’s goals and support our mission. Ensure structures are fair, equitable, and aligned with organizational values.
- Job Evaluation: Evaluate and classify positions within the organization. Ensure job descriptions accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role.
- Data Management: Manage compensation data, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and compensation reports. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations. Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting compensation practices.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed compensation reports and analysis to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to support compensation-related initiatives. Provide guidance and support on compensation-related matters to management and staff.
- Benchmarking: Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the behavioral health sector and broader non-profit landscape.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field. Experience in a non-profit or behavioral health organization is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with salary surveys and compensation benchmarking.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to our mission and values.
