Are you a Paralegal or Legal Intake Specialist that is ready to own real analysis?

Our client is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company backed by decades of automotive industry expertise, built to bring technology, disciplined case management, and experienced legal talent together on one platform. Automakers rely on our client to help them meet consumer and attorney demands for vehicle repurchases — and the company is scaling quickly to do it. Our client invests constantly in new technology to improve the product, client service, and how it trains and grows their valuable people. This is a hybrid-based role out of a beautiful new office in North Dallas.

Our client is looking for a Warranty Defense Analyst to join their North Dallas team – someone who can dig into a case file and come out the other side with a clear, well-reasoned position.

    What You'll Do

    • Be the reasoning link between our technical Vehicle Warranty Analysts (VWA), who establish what the repair record actually shows, and the manufacturer's legal staff, who act on your recommendation.
    • Review VWA case files, vehicle ownership and repair history, technical findings, lemon law presumptions, and customer correspondence.
    • Validate the Analysts' reasoned position on whether a file breaches the applicable state lemon law and/or the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and approve Settlement Offers or move forward with the case defense process.
    • Approve or recommend changes to the Analysts' findings; includes the use of a Legal AI platform to strengthen the manufacturer's position.
    • The Final Work Product will form a clear recommendation for the manufacturer's legal defense team covering breach assessment, the strongest available defense position, and a risk/settlement flag.

    Why This Role Is Different

    • Real ownership. Your written recommendation is the document defense counsel relies on — not a summary that gets redone by someone else.
    • Built on technology, not paper piles. Our client uses a Legal AI platform and modern case management tools and trains its people to get sharper with them as the technology evolves.
    • Room to grow. This role is designed to grow into increasingly responsible positions as you build a track record.
    • Small team, big impact. A hybrid, close-knit office environment where your work is visible and valued.

    What We're Looking For

    • 3-5 years Paralegal or legal intake experience – warranty defense, product liability, or consumer warranty claims background is a plus, but not required if you bring sharp analytical writing and a fast-learning curve.
    • Comfort reasoning through multiple legal frameworks at once rather than relying on a single playbook.
    • Clean, decisive writing — you can land a conclusion, not just lay out possibilities.
    • Genuine enthusiasm for learning new technology and platforms as tools evolve.
    • Highly organized, able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
    • Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, paralegal studies, or pre-law curriculum or equivalent.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with lemon law arbitration or repurchase claims.
    • Familiarity with LegalAI platforms and prompt optimization.
    • Comfort working alongside VWA to understand repair records.

    Compensation & Benefits

Work for a small-to-mid-size company and get large-company benefits:

    • Base salary commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus.
    • Hybrid schedule 2-3 days in office, remainder remote.
    • Medical (PPO), Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
    • Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay.

If you want to blend your legal and technology skills and take the next step forward in your career, we want to hear from you!

Are you a seasoned commercial credit professional who thrives on complexity, builds relationships effortlessly, and knows how to balance risk with revenue? This one was built for you.

    About the Company

A Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary with over 50 years of proven staying power and a global footprint spanning 100+ locations across North America, Europe, and Asia. This is an organization with the financial strength and operational scale to offer true career stability — and a credit team sophisticated enough to challenge you. Fort Worth, TX is home base.

    The Role

This is not a standard credit analyst position. As a Regional Credit Analyst II Strategic Accounts, you will own a portfolio of the company's most significant contracted customers — managing both credit risk and collections with a high degree of independence and authority.

You will partner closely with the Strategic Account Sales Team and local branches, functioning as the critical link between protecting the company's AR and enabling revenue growth. Your accounts require a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach — not just a collections call.

Day to day, you will be analyzing credit risk, conducting annual and triggered reviews, resolving complex billing and routing issues, navigating client portals, maintaining detailed records in the SRM system, and escalating strategically when needed. This role demands someone who can think critically, communicate confidently, and manage competing priorities without missing a beat.

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of commercial credit and collections experience — strategic or global accounts preferred
    • Credit risk analysis and independent decision-making
    • Strong negotiation and active listening skills
    • Intermediate Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, data visualization
    • Comfortable navigating client/vendor portals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • NACM CBA/CBF certification a plus

    Why Consider This Move?

You will be working on accounts that matter, with a team that respects the craft of strategic credit management. Add in a comprehensive benefits package, 401k with matching, tuition reimbursement and more – and an organization that has thrived for five decades — and this is a role worth a serious look.
