What You'll Do

You'll own the full lifecycle of Salesforce solutions — from gathering requirements to delivering polished, production-ready configurations. Day to day, that means:
 

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to analyze needs, define requirements, and architect solutions that align with organizational goals and platform standards
• Lead discovery and design sessions, identifying root causes and recommending viable, well-scoped solution paths with honest effort and value estimates
• Collaborate with Technology teammates to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and the broader technology ecosystem
• Manage solution delivery end-to-end — on time, within scope, and within budget — while proactively surfacing risks and issues before they become blockers
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation: requirements, process flows, technical specifications, and testing artifacts
• Serve as a go-to communicator and escalation point for customers and key stakeholders, translating technical complexity into clear, actionable language
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, ecosystem developments, and emerging best practices — and bring that knowledge back to the team
• Mentor colleagues on both the technical and business dimensions of the platform, building team capability over time

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• Intermediate-to-advanced experience in IT operations, systems/software development, or a related technical discipline
• U.S. work authorization (per the Immigration Reform Act of 1986)

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Business Analyst certification or equivalent hands-on platform and analysis experience
• Experience in a customer-service-driven or matrixed team environment
• Background in mentoring or knowledge-sharing with junior team members

The Role

This is not a standard credit analyst position. As a Regional Credit Analyst II — Strategic Accounts, you will own a portfolio of the company's most significant contracted customers — managing both credit risk and collections with a high degree of independence and authority. 

You will partner closely with the Strategic Account Sales Team and local branches, functioning as the critical link between protecting the company's AR and enabling revenue growth. Your accounts require a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach — not just a collections call.

Day to day, you will be analyzing credit risk, conducting annual and triggered reviews, resolving complex billing and routing issues, navigating client portals, maintaining detailed records in the SRM system, and escalating strategically when needed. This role demands someone who can think critically, communicate confidently, and manage competing priorities without missing a beat.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial credit and collections experience — strategic or global accounts preferred
• Credit risk analysis and independent decision-making
• Strong negotiation and active listening skills
• Intermediate Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, data visualization
• Comfortable navigating client/vendor portals
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• NACM CBA/CBF certification a plus

The Role

As Regional Credit Supervisor, you are the backbone of the regional credit team. This is a hands-on leadership role. You are coaching, training, and developing your team while also rolling up your sleeves on escalated collections, deduction resolution, and weekly AR reporting. You will drive process improvements, ensure policy adherence, and serve as a trusted right hand to your manager — including stepping in during their absence.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial credit and collections experience
• Prior supervisory or lead experience — strongly preferred
• Solid AR and basic accounting fundamentals
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communicator — with customers, sales teams, and senior management
• Intermediate Microsoft Office; 10-key by touch; experience with accounting/AR systems
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
