What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and accuracy in shipping and receiving.

• Maintain detailed asset and inventory records within systems such as Dash (ServiceNow).

• Pack, label, and prepare shipments with precision, using both manual and power tools.

• Manage shipping documentation including work orders, bills of lading, and routing instructions.

• Determine shipping methods, routes, and rates while maintaining meticulous records of all movement.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to quickly address and resolve delivery issues.

• Execute and verify physical inventories, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

• Support leadership with logistics insights, process recommendations, and strategic planning.

What You Bring

• Experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations with a record of reliable performance.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to problem-solve independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.

• Working knowledge of inventory systems and shipping documentation best practices.

• A proactive mindset with a commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement.

Additional Information

• Full-time, on-site contract position based at the Dallas, TX corporate campus.
