Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the CEO's time is effectively prioritized, tracking commitments, goals, and project progress.
  • Maintain a detailed calendar and manage logistics for meetings and travel.
  • Act as the communication liaison between the CEO’s office and external/internal contacts.
  • Provide comprehensive office management support, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High-level expertise in managing executive schedules and agendas.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of supporting C-level executives, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
