What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll leverage your financial expertise to shape the future of the organization. Here’s what your typical workday will look like:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and maintain financial reporting models and presentations to guide strategic decisions.
- Support the Team: Assist in designing, maintaining, and presenting budgets, forecasts, and managing expenses.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Analysis and Innovation: Create models for new business evaluation, cost-saving projects, and assess profitability.
- Collaborate on Projects: Contribute to special projects and provide support in accounting processes during month-end close.
- Experience with Alteryx preferred.
- Experienced in large dataset management with cloud data analytics platforms.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Skilled in enterprise accounting systems like Sage Intacct or MS Dynamics.
- An excellent communicator, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Experience in healthcare finance is a plus.
- Holder of a BA/BS in accounting, finance, or related field with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
