- Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Capture and edit short-form video and behind-the-scenes content from matches, training, and events.
- Track social media trends and recommend creative ways to apply them to the brand.

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as needed.

- Portfolio or examples of previous content work (required).
- Experience working in sports, live events, or with athletes.
- Photography or video production experience.
- Benefit Administration duties such as qualifying event, dependents aging out, batch benefit approvals, dependent verification, COBRA event processing terms, and professional development request approvals. Facilitate leave of absence processes/documentation, to include workers comp leave, claim management, etc.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for the management and tracking of benefits data and file feed issue resolution. Generate accurate HR reports.
- Benefits Employee Support: monitor the benefits inbox and support ticketing system and respond to employees’ issues/questions promptly.
- Coordinate and track project dashboards for the benefits & compensation department.
- Complete benefit reconciliations and benefit invoice processing.
- Actively participate in weekly benefit team meetings with team and vendors.
- Make updates to benefit knowledge bank, as needed. Collaborate with benefits team and IT for benefit content page completion. Manage/update process documentation and employee “How to” guides.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee benefits information.
- Provide support for the lead up to and during Open Enrollment.
- Assist with benefits audits, as requested.
- Recent benefits administration experience (minimum of 3-4 years) is required
- Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, Business, Organizational Development, or related field strongly preferred.
- HRIS savvy. Proficiency with Workday preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including SharePoint and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Personable and helpful personality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who isn’t afraid to ask questions when assistance is needed.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
