- Set up and support hardware essentials (think monitors, keyboards, printers, laptops) for our staff, ensuring everyone’s ready to hit the ground running.
- Technical Assistance: Deliver top-notch technical support—on the phone, in-person, or online. Troubleshoot issues and provide friendly, clear guidance to colleagues of all backgrounds.
- Operating systems: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, essential business applications, networking components, and office productivity suites.
- Networks and servers: Administer and monitor our networks and servers, oversee security protocols, and keep systems available and safeguarded—because uptime and safety go hand in hand.
- Projects: Work with teams to understand their IT needs, supporting new projects, deployments, and day-to-day troubleshooting.
- Infrastructure: Take the lead in managing our Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments. Plan, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure services from concept to execution.
- Automation: Leverage Infrastructure-as-Code (like Terraform) to streamline provisioning and maintenance for greater scalability and efficiency.
- Diagnostics: Dive deep into scripts, integrations, and system configurations to resolve issues fast.
- Operations: Coordinate with vendors, manage licensing, support agreements, and source technology that moves us forward.
- Insights & Analytics: Track and analyze help desk metrics, share support reports, and recommend improvements that raise the bar for everyone.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation, develop policies, and craft training materials to empower end users to make the most of our tech.
- A bachelor’s, associate degree, or IT-related certifications are a plus!
- You bring at least 2 years' experience in an IT support role—your degree or certifications can count toward this, and we’ll review cases individually.
- You have, or are working toward, Microsoft, Azure Cloud, or A+ certifications.
- You’ve dabbled in automation, scripting, or integrations—and are excited to do more!
- Service management tools are your jam—you’re methodical and responsive in tracking and closing support cases.
- You know Microsoft Windows and Office products inside out.
- You love learning and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and apps.
- You have sharp troubleshooting instincts and pay close attention to details.

- PE license and 10+ years in MEP design, with a 5-year focus on data centers.
- Mastery in Revit, AutoCAD, and engineering tools like Trace and ETAP.
