Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing and finalizing various tax-related legal documents with precision.
- Composing, drafting, and proofreading professional correspondence.
- Efficiently managing appointments and travel arrangements.
- Skillfully handling communication, as well as incoming and outgoing documents.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems and scheduling conference calls.
Ideal Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or executive assistant role, especially in tax planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong typing skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-filing and legal terminology is advantageous.
- Notary public credentials or a willingness to obtain them is a plus.
