Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing attorney email correspondence and ensuring they are up-to-date on essential actions and client communications.
- Preparing and maintaining both digital and print presentation materials.
- Handling client intake processes, including managing client conflict inquiries and preparing engagement letters.
- Proactively managing monthly client billings and liaising with the billing department.
- Coordinating meeting logistics and supporting marketing and business development materials.
- Organizing scheduling, travel logistics, and maintaining calendars and contacts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
