Your expertise will be crucial in developing project plans, managing resources, and collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and vendors.
What You'll Do:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently for seamless project delivery.
- Advise business leaders on innovative technology solutions, and be the bridge between IT needs and executive decisions.
- Engage with teams and stakeholders to define clear project objectives and equip teams to achieve them.
- Proactively identify risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and clear any project roadblocks.
- Oversee project budgets and resources, optimizing costs wherever possible.
- Implement best practices using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Guarantee project outcomes align with technical specifications, regulations, and high standards.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation and provide leadership with insightful reports regularly.
What You'll Bring:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field is required.
- 6+ years of robust experience in IT project management, with a solid understanding of IT systems, software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Experience actively contributing the achievement of IT goals in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Proven experience successfully implementing MRP and ERP systems from beginning to end is critical.
- Mastery in project management tools, alongside excellent leadership and problem-solving skills needed.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects, delivering each on time.
- Ability to work in the United States lawfully. No visa sponsorship offered.
