Looking for a benefits role where you contribution is visible and known? If so, this is it! You’ll join a small benefits team at a global manufacturer whose products help power electric vehicles and clean the air and water. It’s a 6+ month engagement, you’ll own real work from day one, office located in Irving, TX and Fridays are remote!
Our client is a private equity-backed specialty materials manufacturer with sites around the world. Its US benefits program covers union and non-union populations across self-insured and fully insured plans, so there’s plenty of variety for someone who likes it.
What you’ll do
- Administer three benefit plans and keep eligibility and vendor data accurate
- Reconcile vendor invoices and billing
- Support open enrollment: case tickets, system testing, reporting and post-enrollment cleanup
- Back up the 401(k) process: funding, case tickets and reporting
- Coordinate leave paperwork with the third-party administrator
- Answer employee benefits questions clearly and kindly
- 3+ years in benefits administration, across multiple plan types
- Vendor billing reconciliation experience
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong attention to detail

- Contract, 6+ months, with possible extension
- Hybrid: in the Irving office Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays
- Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship isn’t available for this role
