Executive Office Concierge | Uptown Dallas | On-site, Direct Hire

You will be the first face guests see, the person who keeps the office humming, and a genuine part of a team that is building something exciting.

What you'll do
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests, manage visitor access, and handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Manage conference room scheduling and prep meeting spaces for internal and client meetings
- Keep the office stocked, presentable, and running smoothly, coordinating with building management and vendors on anything from IT to repairs
- Handle mail, packages, shipments, and couriers
- Support onboarding logistics as the team grows, from workspace setup to first-day welcomes
- Provide administrative support to the team and pitch in where needed
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office management role preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a professional demeanor
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys figuring things out
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Comfort with AI tools is a plus, not a requirement
The details
- Direct hire, full time
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, fully on-site
- Uptown Dallas location
