THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to support a growing healthcare consulting organization in Dallas, Texas on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a polished, self-directed recruiting professional who is comfortable managing full-cycle recruitment across a range of professional and leadership-level roles.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions — sourcing, screening, pipeline management, offer support, and candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop targeted search strategies and advise on market conditions and candidate expectations
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
- Conduct competency-based phone and video screens and deliver well-synthesized assessments to hiring teams
- Manage candidates and requisition activity in the ATS with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide a professional, white-glove experience to every candidate regardless of outcome
- Collaborate with HR leadership and contribute ideas that improve the overall TA process
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, consulting, or professional services
- Demonstrated success recruiting for a range of roles — from individual contributors to manager and director level
- Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and candidate management skills — you know how to build relationships quickly
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment with shifting priorities
- ATS proficiency; ability to pick up new systems quickly
- A professional, consultative mindset — you represent the brand well and act as a strategic partner, not just a transactional recruiter
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
