We are thrilled to be working with a company headquartered in north Fort Worth that is the world’s leading authorized distributor of passive, connector, electromechanical, and discrete components. With more than 100 locations worldwide and over 50 years of growth, they continue to expand their team. 

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to be onsite supporting their Talent Acquisition team for 3-4 months by sourcing and screening candidates for full-time technical and corporate roles. This position will focus on identifying and engaging top talent while partnering while partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager. 

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing strategies
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and role alignment
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates for technical and corporate roles
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting efforts across the organization
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the selection process

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.  Strong confidence in screening and qualifying both active and passive candidates and then preparing written summaries.  If you have experience in a fast-paced corporate environment as well as agency, then that is a strong plus!
