Join an exciting and dynamic team at a leading private equity firm located in Dallas, TX!! This is an in office role. We are seeking an experienced, talented and meticulous Investor Relations Coordinator to become an integral part of the team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the fundraising lifecycle and the execution of our Investor Relations strategy, working closely with the Global Head of Investor Relations.In this role, you will manage the administrative aspects of the Investor Relations function. This includes scheduling meetings, maintaining contact lists, organizing events, coordinating communications between investors and various internal departments and supporting the team in preparing materials for investor presentations and earnings calls. You may also serve as a point of contact for routine investor inquiries.
In addition, you will:
- Oversee and update the Investor Relations CRM ensuring clear, consistent information flow.
- Support the Global Head of Investor Relations, handling everything from calendar management to travel arrangements.
- Own logistics for investor meetings and events including travel and material preparation.
