In this role, you’ll do more than manage infrastructure. As the leader of a small department, you’ll be hands on to help every department to reach new heights of productivity, efficiency, and security. You’ll have the chance to influence strategy, mentor great people, and put your own stamp on how they use technology to achieve their vision.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and deliver robust IT strategies that drive business goals, strengthen security, and streamline systems.
- Partner with departments across the business to identify technology needs, deliver meaningful solutions, and improve the everyday experience for all users.
- Explore and recommend emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the company on the cutting edge. Drive key initiatives including ERP implementation.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and integrity of all IT systems, data, and processes.
- Provide responsive, knowledgeable end user support, resolving technical issues in a timely and helpful manner.
- Supervise IT operations, managing internal and third-party partners to deliver world-class support.
- Analyze business-critical tasks, implement smart analytics, and provide insights that enable faster, smarter decision-making.
- Oversee IT budgeting, vendor negotiations, assets, and contracts to ensure optimal value and alignment with organizational priorities.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive IT management experience, with a record of successfully implementing systems that enable data-driven insights and operational efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, programming languages, networking, and modern enterprise applications.
- Hands-on expertise in project and vendor management, business process improvement, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill — able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical colleagues.
