In this role as Netsuite Administrator, you'll be at the heart of their operations, tweaking configurations, managing user access, and ensuring data stays squeaky clean. You'll team up with different departments to make the systems run smoother and smarter—your work will turbocharge efficiency and productivity. Plus, you'll be the hero who helps everyone get the most out of the system with top-notch training and support.
What You'll Do:
- Be the NetSuite ERP guru across all teams.
- Adjust user roles, permissions, and create customized workflows and dashboards.
- Tailor modules for construction projects and day-to-day operations.
- Solve problems and work with vendors or IT to squash any bugs.
- Lead system updates, test new features, and keep everything documented.
- Train and support users with easy-to-understand aids and guides.
- Work with Finance, HR, and Project Managers to sync the system with our business goals.
- Design saved searches and reports to track results and performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Certified NetSuite Administrator.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with construction project tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL or SuiteScript would be awesome.
- You know your stuff when it comes to accounting, inventory, and field operations.
