A global professional services firm is looking for an ambitious Senior Project Manager, Operations, to join their team. In this role, you will be pivotal in leading high-level strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This position requires a seasoned Project Manager with a history of managing complex projects, driving operational excellence, and collaborating effectively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient resource management.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with organizational strategy.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency and foster alignment across teams.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
- 7 +years of experience in project management with a focus on operations or process improvement, with a proven track record of leading managing high-priority, cross-functional projects from inception to successful completion, firmly required.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare/employee benefits insurance datasets is a plus!
- Hands-on experience and proficiency using project management tools (Smartsheet experience highly preferred).
- Experience with data analysis and performance measurement tools (Alteryx and Power BI experience strongly preferred).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are necessary. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities to navigate complex operational challenges.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills are critical.
