Qualifications We're Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing industrial real estate assets.
- Strong skills in financial analysis and budgeting.
- An excellent grasp of leasing, property management, and market dynamics.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to visit property locations as needed. All local to DFW area.
