Are you a Workday wizard with a passion for optimizing HR technology? An exciting opportunity awaits in Dallas, TX as a HR Technology Consultant, where you will play a vital role in transforming and enhancing business processes through innovative Workday solutions. In this role, you'll work hands-on with configuring and fine-tuning Workday HCM modules to ensure they are perfectly aligned with organizational needs. From Core HCM to Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, you'll be the go-to expert.
  • Configure & Optimize: Hands-on work with Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with HR, Technology, and Business Teams to implement scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Align & Educate: Ensure Workday configurations align with company structures and policies while educating end-users for seamless adoption.
  • Data Integrity & Security: Maintain the security and integrity of data within the system.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with Workday updates and industry best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Certification: Workday Certification in HCM or related modules is a plus.
