Are you an experienced payroll and benefits professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing tech organization? We're seeking a dedicated Payroll and Benefits Manager to join a dynamic company in Georgetown, Texas (starting in Round Rock until June) and play a crucial role in managing and enhancing payroll operations and benefits administration. What You'll Do:
In this role, you’ll take the lead in overseeing and managing our entire payroll and benefits process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations will be key, as well as managing state unemployment insurance (SUI) tax filings and payroll-related audits. You’ll have the chance to collaborate closely with finance and HR leadership on stock-based compensation and work directly with vendors and adjusters to optimize their benefits offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field required.
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits management, ideally in a publicly traded company with a minimum of 300+ employees.
- Strong expertise in payroll tax compliance and experience with multi-state payroll regulations is required.
- Proficiency in ADP Payroll system required.
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
- CPP or similar payroll and/or benefits certification a plus!
