Are you a skilled problem-solver ready to take on a pivotal role in HR? We're on the hunt for a Sr. Manager, HR Compliance who can drive the strategic vision of HR compliance and global mobility. This position offers the chance to be at the forefront of shaping HR strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

Based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for candidates in Austin, Houston, or San Antonio, this hybrid role allows you a mix of office and remote work. In this exciting position, you'll be overseeing a myriad of responsibilities including Affirmative Action Plans, global mobility, and records information management while being a beacon of compliance excellence.

You will have the opportunity to:
 

• Help launch and stand-up internal compliance controls
• Analyze compliance data and validation to meet standards and regulations
• Collaborate closely with outside counsel with the global mobility and immigration processes
• Oversee legal responses regarding records management
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as legal, IT, the compliance committee, and payroll.
• Manage one direct report and guide their professional growth

With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and over 10 years of experience in HR, compliance or related sectors, this could be your next big move. Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, along with a track record of innovative problem-solving, are vital to thrive in this role.
