In this role, you’ll - 

  • Be a strategic advisor and partner to their teams, driving initiatives that enhance employee relations and foster a vibrant workplace culture.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Chief People Officer, leaders, and recruiting teams to craft and implement HR policies that support their scaling efforts.
  • With your deep expertise in all areas of HR, including labor relations, performance management, and strategic planning, you'll play a crucial role in positioning them as a responsible and future-ready employer.
