What You'll Be Doing:
- Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates, making them feel welcomed and informed.
- Craft and execute engaging programs aimed at nurturing top talent and catalyzing employee development.
- Ensure they remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws, keeping our practices current and effective.
- Act as a trusted advisor to staff, tackling complex HR issues with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with managers to create and maintain effective SOPs and conduct training as needed.
- Organize and coordinate exciting events that foster employee engagement and community.
- Keep accurate and confidential employee records, aligning with HR best practices.
- Work with our financial leadership to manage benefit plans and ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in employment law to proactively address and recommend improvements.

- Educated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and ideally, you bring at least three years of HR experience.
