This role will provide analytical insights to support executive-level, strategic decisions and bring values for shareholders and clinicians. This role supports $100 million revenues and over 125 physicians and you will manage, extract and analyze various data sets to include but not limited to physician compensation, scheduling, profit and loss, services and all operational components to help the leadership team understand the drivers of success and opportunities for enhancements. Additionally, you will:
- Aggregate and analyze performance and financial data
- Attend various leadership and regional board meetings to review the information and tell the story.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual close process
- Prepare financial reports and presentations as well as financial analyses, (trending analysis, efficiency metrics), and other ad hoc projects
We are seeking a candidate who has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or related area and at least 5+ years of financial analytical experience in the healthcare or medical industry. You should be comfortable with and can draw, understand and easily share conclusions from the data. It would be incredibly helpful for you to have experience with Hyperion, Power BI and Tableau.
