We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who enjoys driving sales to new heights! Are you a sales professional with a manufacturing background, then this could be the opportunity for you! In this role you will:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Lead the sales force in boosting sales across the board. The mission is to not only hit but surpass the sales and profit targets.
  • Team Development: Be the coach the team needs. From hiring and training to providing ongoing mentoring, ensure the sales team is the best in the business.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop strategies to attract new customers and keep the existing ones hooked. Work closely with branch managers and sales team to brainstorm and implement business development strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead sales operations, from distributing leads to analyzing performance metrics to drive an efficient and effective sales process.
