This role will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure of the organization; and be a key member of their growing technical team! This position comes with a competitive salary/bonus/benefits package/stock options, must live in the DFW area and able to commute to their Irving, Texas based location.
  • Hours 12am-8am – midnight shift

What you will do:

  • Monitor the technical infrastructure of the organization including servers, storage, networks, applications, databases, power, network, production systems such as hash rate, data sets, ML, and AI workloads.
  • Support multiple sites in improving production rates and machine online times and track project statuses and priorities.
  • Respond to technical incidents, solve issues, and restore service to normal operating conditions. Escalate when necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities, including system backups, updates, and security patches.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and identify areas for optimization or improvement.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure alignment of technical infrastructure with business needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, incident reports, and system diagrams.
  • Provide technical support for projects, including hardware and software deployments, system upgrades, and migrations.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving system efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical operations or IT Analyst role.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level technical infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, applications, and databases.
  • Familiarity with system maintenance activities, such as backups, updates, and security patches.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
