Based in Dallas, Texas for over 50 years, they have a phenomenal reputation in their industry with solid leadership driving the company forward. Make an impact by shaping and supporting the existing sales team, have a voice at the leadership table, and develop strategies to continue to grow clients. Your 7+ years of B2B sales experience with proven leadership motivating, developing, and leading a sales team will make you a great fit. BA degree required. *This is a Dallas based position working onsite M-F

What you will get to do:

Develop a sales strategy to support growth with existing and new clients
Support, mentor, and grow a strong sales team
Work daily with leaders who have a clear vision for the company, want to hear your ideas, will support you as you learn the industry, and celebrate your team’s wins!
Work closely with various departments such as marketing, product development, logistics, and engineering
Analyze customers, competitors, and the market space and share findings with internal teams and leadership to support your sales strategies
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Domestic travel- 30% to various tradeshows, clients, and conventions
Create and present sales reports to leadership

What you will bring:

Your 7+ years of B2B sales of products to clients
Proven leadership in motivating, developing, and leading a sales team
BA degree required
Experience working with an ERP system
Advance experience with Excel (must know pivot tables and vlookups), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A collaborative mindset and a high EQ
